OUR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY,

To carry out the continuous improvement activities for preventing occupational accidents by minimizing the risks that will endanger the health and safety of our stakeholders about Occupational Health and Safety.

•    To contribute to the welfare of society in a productive cooperation with all groups affected by our plants. To ensure compliance with and up-to-date follow up with legal and other obligations about Occupational Health and Safety.

•    To take the necessary precaution by making risk assessments in all our plant thus to maximize the safety of our employees, all visitors and subcontractors at the workplace. 

•    To do the necessary work for preventing injuries and health problems, to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases. 

•    To create health, safety and environmental integrity by reducing the emergency risks that may occur within the occupational health and safety rules.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY AND ENVIRONMENTAL ACTION PLAN  

In order to protect the environment and ensure its sustainability and leave a livable,clean environment to the next generations, we commit to comply with all legal and other conditions about the environment to keep under control our environmental impacts and to continuously improve our environmental performance by reducing our negative impacts.
As Erikoglu Emaye Bakır Tel San. A.S we have implemented our environmental action plan into our policy;
1.    To ensure sustainable development and improvement by providing all legal requirements, customer requirements and other requirements related to environmental dimensions.
2.    To use appropriate particular technologies that cause the least damage environment within technical and economic possibilities, reduce the using of energy, and ensure the protection of natural sources.
3.    To carry out a production in accordance with the legal legislation, which does not harm the environment and ensures the health and safety of the workers.
4.    To improve our environmental management system to make our environmental production performance even more effective.
5.    To be in constant contact with suppliers and customers to improve the environmental impact of the product.
6.    Reduce waste that may occur as a result of operating and maintenance activities re-cycle and re-evaluate alternatives to evaluate, reduce pollution.
